Children with support needs in the community include those who are medically fragile and those who live with the consequences of injury. They are often cared for by family/whanau.

We work closely with you to plan and deliver services that meet the needs of your child and your family/whanau.

  • Child care while you are recovering from illness or injury
  • Respite care to enable you to take a break
  • Engaging your child in community activities
  • Nutrition support, such as peg feeding
  • Bowel management
