Private Support

Private Support

We work closely with you and your family/whānau to plan an individualised service of the highest quality. Our team are well-trained and highly experienced. Kei tō taha ‘by your side’.
 
Your private service team will include your support workers and your support coordinator (a registered nurse).    

Personalised care

Your private service is tailored to your individual needs and provided when and where you want it: on an hourly, daily or overnight basis, for short or long-term periods.

As your needs change, so can your services.

Our private services include:
  • Personal care
  • Housekeeping
  • Cooking meals and shopping
  • Social support
  • Nursing services, provided by Registered Nurses
  • Medication management
  • Support with appointments and outings
  • Children’s services

How it works

Following your call to us, our RDNS NZ support coordinator will visit you for an obligation-free consultation so that we can get to know one another and understand the services you require.

With you and your family/whānau, we will develop your support plan and build your team. Throughout, you will have direct access to your support coordinator, who will provide you with the support you need.

RDNS NZ is always kei tō taha ‘by your side’.

While our Private Support service is self-funded, please note that you may be eligible for funding by a government agency, Accident Compensation Corporation (ACC) or another agency. We can discuss this with you. 
 
Our pricing is transparent and there are no hidden costs.
