We are proud of our robust quality framework

RDNS is accredited according to the NZS 8158:2012 Home and community support sector Standard. We readily comply with all legal requirements and have processes in place to ensure we always comply with quality control regulations.

RDNS is a member of the New Zealand Home Care Association and Inclusive NZ.

We sit on the international RDNS Risk and Compliance committee, which ensures we are constantly informed about international best practice. This allows us to share our expertise with others, as well as gain knowledge and insights from our international partners.

We believe that consumer participation and consultation is key to providing the best possible experience for our clients. We often seek the feedback of our clients and community to help us make RDNS the best it can be.

 

RDNS Institute

We are committed to evidence-based research

Through in-house research and education at the RDNS Institute, RDNS staff have access to the latest research-based practice. This helps us ensure that those we support are receiving the most up-to-date care available. 

The RDNS Institute is at the forefront of developing innovative home healthcare and support programs to further enhance our existing high standards of client care. It responds to global health concerns for those living in the community including: diabetes, asthma, podiatry, social wellbeing, aged friendly cities, connectivity, workforce innovations and telehealth.

We have partnerships throughout NZ

RDNS is a proud service provider to a number of District Health Boards across New Zealand and a lead provider of ACC home and community support services in the Greater Auckland area. We also have a contract with the Ministry of Health to provide home and community services throughout New Zealand.

These key partnerships are a reflection of our ability to provide high quality nursing, health and home support services. We are pleased to share the same vision with our partners: to maximise your wellbeing, health and functionality so you can be independent and participate in society to your best ability.
