Director
Alana Allan is a governance and strategic leader with a background spanning healthcare, professional services and the for-purpose sector. She has held senior leadership roles in operations and business transformation and brings expertise in strategy, financial oversight, organisational development and change.
Alana holds several governance roles across health and community organisations, including Chair of the Ovarian Cancer Foundation of New Zealand and Trustee of Your Way | Kia Roha. She also works with organisations to strengthen volunteer engagement and community impact.
Alana is passionate about sustainable, person-centred health services, with a particular interest in ensuring organisations remain responsive to the needs of the people and communities they serve.
