RDNS New Zealand is committed to providing service excellence. We do this through award winning and evidenced based training to meet the need of our clients and community.

We are proud to offer paid monthly education sessions to our support worker staff on a variety of topics. Many of these are available through Careerforce, an organisation that we maintain a close relationship with.

RDNS New Zealand’s learning & development advisor is dedicated to working with internal subject matter experts and external specialists to develop and deliver the best possible training solutions to our staff.
