Proud provider to the Auckland District Health Board
We have been a proud provider to the Auckland District Health Board (ADHB) since 2009. Since then we have supported over 1200 people. Our partnership with ADHB means we are able to provide nursing, health and homecare support services. We share the same vision as ADHB which is to: maximise the wellbeing, health and function of people so they can be independent and participate in society to their fullest ability.

Committed to evidence-based care
Through in-house research and education at the RDNS Helen Macpherson Smith Institute of Community Health (The RDNS Institute), our staff and external healthcare professionals, have access to the latest research-based practice, which helps to ensure that those we care for are receiving the most up-to-date care available from our staff.

24/7, support every day of the year
RDNS’ Customer Service Centre (CSC) provides 24 hour-a-day telephone support to clients, their carers and families, as well as RDNS NZ staff. Operated by nurses and trained support staff, the CSC responds to all caller enquiries, providing expert advice, general support and practical follow-up.

RDNS NZ is a NZ company. We are proud to employ local people who are dedicated to caring for their local community. All of our staff are New Zealanders and are skilled in local customs and community knowledge.

RDNS has led the way in mobile computer healthcare technology for over a decade, equipping our staff with customised computer technology to enhance care delivery. RDNS continues to grow on this front, actively pursuing new and innovative computer technology and trialling the latest advances in telehealth solutions.

In addition to our care workers, an operations manager, care managers and support coordinator monitor each client’s progress at all times, ensuring ongoing responsive, monitored and tailored care.
Our parent company, in Australia, RDNS, is recognised as one of the largest and earliest providers of home nursing and healthcare in Australia. RDNS began back in the late 1800s by offering care to poor people in their homes.
