At RDNS NZ our focus is on providing restorative care. This model of care is aimed to maximise your independence by focusing on your needs, personal goals and ongoing assessment of your progress.
Depending on the type of services you need, as well as our skilled community carers we also have a team of registered health professionals (i.e. registered nurses and occupational therapists) who will work alongside you and your family to assess your needs. They’ll develop a service plan tailored to meet your individual needs whilst linking you to the community support you require.
